Barrington Capital Group, LLC (“BCG”) is a private real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, management, and development of quality multi-family and single-family communities throughout Southern California. The partners and affiliates of Barrington Capital Group have acquired, developed and sold over $400 million in multi-family properties and single-family homes. BRYAN LEISHMAN, ESQ.

Prior to forming Barrington Capital Group, he served as Director of Acquisitions for R.W. Selby & Company, Inc., where he was responsible for all stages of the institutional multifamily acquisition process including asset identification, financial underwriting, debt structuring, negotiating terms, directing due diligence and investor relations. He additionally provides legal support specializing in contract drafting and review. He earned a J.D. degree from the University of Southern California and a B.A. degree in Global Economics and Affairs from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also holds a Real Estate Broker’s license.

AARON MENSCH

Prior to forming Barrington Capital Group, he was the founder and president of Yellowstone Investments LLC where he acquired and re-positioned over 75 properties throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County. He led all aspects of the operation including the underwriting, negotiations, due diligence, equity raising, debt structuring, project management, construction, and disposition of the properties. He currently holds a Real Estate Broker's license and earned a B.A. degree in Business and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

We are also looking for both entitled and unentitled land sites. We have specialized knowledge of the Los Angeles Small Lot Subdivision Ordinance and are comforable with A - C locations. We are value-driven investors that prefer off-market transactions.
